EN Meet Briseyda (left) and Liliana (both Salvadoran), working in the back kitchen of Restaurant Bricco West Hartford. One of the things that make Bricco so special is the fact that everything they have to offer is made in its kitchen from scratch. These two Latinas are essential to the success of Bricco. As Billy Grant once told me: “Every person who works here is equally important.”

Just as with Oscar and Christian, Briseyda and Liliana gave me a warm welcome to Bricco when I started working there. Very hard workers who go by Billy Grant’s work ethics, they always have a smile on their faces and are always in incredible mood. Although I did not interact with them that much, they were very nice and were permanently willing to lend a hand or answer any question regarding the functioning of the restaurant or where to find certain things.

Restaurant Bricco West Hartford is very lucky to have them, as they make a difference not only there, but also in their respective communities. They love their job, and bring great chemistry to the workplace.
